Debating Society

The Debating Society allows students to have structured debates on current affairs, ethical issues, politics, and social topics, students learn to construct clear arguments, analyse evidence, and challenge opposing viewpoints confidently. Students are encouraged to propose their own motions and to take the lead in sessions.

Olympiads

Science Olympiads provide an exciting opportunity for A Level students to challenge themselves beyond the classroom. Through national and international competitions in subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics, students develop advanced problem-solving skills and deepen their subject knowledge.

Aspire Group

The Aspire Programme is designed to support A Level students aiming for places at competitive universities, including Russell Group and Oxbridge institutions. It provides tailored guidance to help students strengthen their academic profiles and approach applications with confidence. Includes subject masterclasses and University visits and the programme also offers support with personal statements, admissions tests, and interview preparation, including mock interviews and feedback.

Creative Writing

Learn to consciously craft your writing to develop your own unique voice!

Extended Project Qualification (EPQ)

Highly valued for progression to higher education and employment, and is worth half an A Level.

Trips & Visits

A Level students have numerous opportunities to go on trips and visits, whether in the UK or beyond.
