From day one of this dynamic two-year programme, you will be immersed in a professional working environment, operating as part of a theatre company.

This course is designed for students who are passionate and professionally driven – wanting to develop strong, versatile and transferable skills. It provides a structured and practical foundation in performance and production, with a strong emphasis on professional development, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

Students will engage in lectures, workshops, rehearsals, live and digital performances, and production projects. Learning takes place across our fully equipped theatre, drama, dance and green screen studios. The course is delivered by experienced professionals and enriched through guest workshops, visiting practitioners, and industry visits, helping to foster a creative, innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Core performance skills, including artistic and technical acting, voice, and movement
  • Design and production skills in set, lighting, sound, costume, and digital

Assessment Methods

You will be assessed through a combination of practical and written work, including final major project, professional portfolio, live and digital performances and technical showcases, reflective journals and evaluations.

Progression Options

Students often progress to conservatoires, universities or apprenticeships, or enter employment across the broad range of creative and professional industries.

Entry Requirements

You will need 4 GCSEs at grades 9–4, including English.

Entry is subject to a successful audition and interview.
