Unlock your storytelling potential in this supportive ten-week course, ideal for complete beginners or anyone who wants more confidence in developing their ideas. You’ll start with creativity-boosting exercises before moving into the essentials of plot, character, setting, and editing.

You’ll also explore how to craft strong openings, use vivid detail, and lay out clear, engaging dialogue. Sharing work within the group is encouraged, though you won’t be asked to read aloud.

Focused on prose-short stories and novels-this course will leave you with practical skills, greater confidence, and fresh inspiration for your writing journey.
