Improve your computer skills in a friendly and supportive environment designed specifically for adult learners. This Entry Level 3 course helps you build the essential digital skills needed for everyday life, work, or further study—aligned with national standards.

While the primary focus is on digital skills for the workplace, the course also covers valuable tools for day-to-day personal use, making the skills you gain applicable across a range of real-life situations.

Classes are Tuesday 1pm-4pm, or Wednesday 1pm-3pm, 3-5pm or 6pm-8pm.

Topics may include:

  • Confidence in finding information online
  • Creating and saving files
  • Emails
  • Starting to use Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Assessment Methods

Assessment takes place through in-class assessments and group discussion.

Progression Options

You could progress onto our Level 1 Digital Skills qualification.
